Or maybe you don't...At Reiki Strategies, I strive to bring this experience to all who are willing to claim it. We've forgotten that optimal health, love, peace, prosperity and joy are ours.
Through Reiki you can:
-Relax-only when we are relaxed can well-being be restored
-Reawaken- open and re-establish the proper flow of positive energy through the body
-Rebalance your energy centers (chakras) by targeting negative ki (energy)
-Renew-a wonderful feeling of renewal and relaxation occurs as the energy centers begin flowing properly
Negative ki within the body/mind takes many forms…physical pain, mental pain, like depression, or the plague of fear or poverty…there are so many others.
As a dedicated distance and hand-on Reiki Master in the Usui method, I am committed to re-minding you of your truth and awakening the healer within thus allowing balance to be restored. When the body is influenced towards balance, symptoms lessen or completely disappear at the core level.
The beauty of this method is that Reiki can be channeled to you through time and space. No matter where you live, I am available for a one time session or on a monthly basis for both people and animal companions.
And if you feel called to, I am available for mentor training and distance attunements in order for you to become a practitioner/master. (See below)
What is Reiki?
Reiki was rediscovered by Mikao Usui at the turn of the 20th century in Japan and brought to the United States in the 1940's. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is Japanese for Universal life force energy. Rei means universal, or all encompassing and all knowing, like your higher self. Ki means life force energy. Ki is the energy that runs through everything at all times. It is unlimited and binds all living things together. Put the two together and you've got a powerful source of energy medicine...Reiki.
As a complimentary method to medical treatment, warm "Reiki hands" are laid on or above the client, creating a wonderfully relaxing, serene and comforting environment. It is performed over clothing either laying down or sitting up, unless given by distance. Treatments can last from 30-90 minutes. Reiki is always gentle and never harms. The Reiki practitioner is actually a channel for the energy to travel through. Since it is an intelligent energy, it knows where to go and what to do.
This is a very simple explanation. As you work with it, you will be amazed at the subtle awarenesses and insights that will come up!
Becoming A Reiki Master
Becoming a Reiki Master allows you to give Reiki to yourself and others and attune others to the Reiki energy. Traditionally there are 3 degrees, I, II and Master. You receive the Reiki symbols in steps until you reach the master level. When you work with me through distant training, you will receive all attunements at once, along with a handbook and access to me as your mentor by phone/email for questions and direction. The handbook contains 5 assignments which are meant to teach you how to use Reiki, including how to draw the symbols, give treatments, send distant Reiki and give and send attunements, as well as other great stuff. Upon completion of the assignments, you will receive a certificate.
